Steve Mears

Director & Founder

Steve set up the business in 1995, originally as Kelly Mears, after spending time with a bank and two local estate agents.

He has many friends and contacts in the industry built up over his 31 years of mortgage experience.

Single Dad to 3 daughters (and 1 Bichon) and loves to spend time clearing up after them, when they're home! Petrol head and lover of motorcycles, family and friends.

Charlie Brown

Senior Mortgage and Protection Adviser

Charlie joined Steve in 2014, having spent many years with larger financial institutions including Lloyds and Legal & General. Charlie specialises in mortgages & protection.

He has a keen interest in outdoor pursuits and cooking over an open fire. Loves to spend time with his family and is partial to a cruise in warmer climes.

Andy Maclean

Mortgage and Protection Administrator

Welshman living in Somerset, Andy is the newest member of the team and joined in June 2019 after 15 years in lettings. Looking to start Ce-MAP exams and to become an advisor in the future.

Andy enjoys cooking, watching NFL and spending time outdoors with his young family.

Lisa Mills

Supervisor

Lisa joined the team in 2012 and now heads it up as a supervisor.

She recently became a grandmother and loves to spend time with the latest arrival and her three children. Keen on arts and crafts, when there's time!

Mortgage and Protection Adviser

Chloe joined the team in 2016 from University with a degree in psychology. She is recently Ce-Map qualified and is now working as an adviser for the company.

She has a flair for cake decoration and loves to spend time with friends and family,
