Typically you will be charged a fee of £195, payable on completion, for arranging your mortgage. This may vary, however, depending on the size of the loan i.e. larger loans may attract a lower fee (over £200,000) and smaller loans or more difficult cases may be as much as £295. Alternatively if you prefer we can charge you £175 per hour to establish your needs, research the market, and recommend the most suitable mortgage for you and process the application. Therefore, if we spent 5 hours doing this work it would mean a total fee payable of £875. However, it could be more or less than this, depending on individual circumstances. This figure will be payable, whether or not the mortgage goes through to completion. We will refund to you any commission we receive from the lender.
