Typically no fee will be charged for arranging your mortgage, we will be paid commission from the lender. Alternatively if you prefer we can
charge you a fee for our mortgage services and refund you any monies we receive from the provider. In which case the fee we will charge
is 0.5% of the total loan value, subject to a minimum fee of £650.00, which will be paid by you when we submit your application form to the lender.
However, depending on the size of the loan we could charge you a fee of £175 for processing the mortgage when we submit your application
form and also we will be paid full commission from the lender.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
